CX Company is a leading provider of solutions for digital customer engagement for both national and international customers. Our innovative software platform (DigitalCX) enables customers to make their digital customer experience more personal, human and effective. DigitalCX is the artificial intelligence ‘conversation automation’ machine behind chatbots, intelligent assistants and self-service solutions on websites, in apps and social media like Facebook Messenger. We put everything in place to ensure personal and contextual customer contact. We work for major brands including KPN, T-Mobile, KLM, Calor, OHRA, Ditzo, Philips, ING DiBa, ANWB and many more.

Digital Innovation: The Function
As a Digital Manager Chatbots, you will be responsible for projects and assignments within CX Company. You are in charge of implementation planning, maintaining and expanding projects. In addition, you are the communicative link between our organisation in Maastricht, the commercial organisations in the Netherlands, Germany and the UK, and our customers. You will be a key player in the project team and thus, you will make a valuable contribution to a successful cooperation.

General tasks
• Maintaining customer contact from the intake to completion of projects. You will monitor the project scope and inform your customers of the progress.
• Being a conversation partner for our clients about online strategy and customer journeys.
• Managing assignment formulas, hours, resource plans and priorities, monitoring your deadlines and goals.
• Continuous monitoring of the quality of our projects and renegotiation of ongoing projects.

Your background?
• A bachelor or master degree in a relevant direction
• At least 2-3 years’ experience as a Project manager or similar function in a Digital field.
• You have ICT experience, preferably in a digital service or online agency environment. Working experience in an international environment is a plus.
• You master the English language, both in word and writing (it is our working language). German is a plus.
